The bright colors of this piece is inviting to my eyes. I think these are flowers but I'm not sure what they are sitting on. It looks really pretty, natural, and peaceful. I wonder why they put a space inbetween the flowers.

  2. Angel,
Please get images of your completed tiles with reflections and ideas on your blog. I need to know what your plan is going to be on the torso with arms. What is your idea? What will the expression of the face be? What are the arms going to be doing? Will they be holding a tiny dragon? I also will need to see images or links to websites of artists that will inspire and influence your work? Start pulling as many images as you can of facial expressions as you can. The more information you have the easier it will be to sculpt what you are seeing in your mind. Great work on Saturday. Sorry I didn't get to talk with you more.
Your tiles are looking great. Now, start thinking about finishing techniques. What finishing techniques do you like? It is always better to work out any glitches with finishing techniqes on your test tiles, rather than on your finished piece.
Get the blog printed out on Monday, and turn it into Mr. Wyatt. I will be out. Make sure that your blog is securely fastened in your I-Book. Don't forget to add any references, sketches or ideas to your book.
Also, check out the work of Linda Ganstrom and tell me what you think.
It is always a good idea to check the Pottery Assignment blog and make sure you are not missing due dates.
